The ceremony begins with a heart-opening cup of ceremonial grade cacao, a rich, plant-based elixir known to enhance emotional clarity, presence, and connection. As you settle in on a soft bed and slip on a sleep mask, you’re invited to fully surrender. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum, and other healing instruments create a vibrational field that works on a cellular level, restoring balance, easing tension, and inviting insight, peace, or emotional release.

To help you feel grounded and completely at ease, we encourage you to bring your own blanket, pillow, and water, creating a cocoon of comfort around you.
